We see Dr. Johnson and have been really happy with the care she has provided. She has an excellent bedside manner and always talks to my child respectfully and explains things calmly and clearly in a way that is understandable to a child.

These people treat concerned parents like shit and like they are incompetent and stupid for trying to figure out what’s making their fresh newborn baby sick and try to dismiss any concerns you have so they don’t have to do their jobs, even when you literally have evidence to the contrary in person that they can see with their eyes. The front office staff not only get an attitude with you if you’re concerned, they are condescending or worse and try to make you feel like you’re being unreasonable just for trying to ask follow up questions. They also believe that they don’t actually need to do tests to confirm what’s wrong before giving medical advice that could negatively impact the health and wellbeing of the most vulnerable children. We saw a different provider Monday morning and she didn't send in my child's needed antibiotics until Wednesday. I called 3x, went by the pharmacy 4x, and finally went in person back to Affinity Pediatrics. Asked for the Office Manager and she basically gave excuses and blamed the pharmacy. Keep in mind, me and my child have missed work and school and my child has been in pain this whole time. I chose to go there because I thought they were more reputable than a walk-in clinic, but guess I was wrong. I hope to file a formal complaint with Southwell soon.

The front staff was amazing when we had to walk in today without an appt. It's a scary stressful feeling when your baby is sick and they helped get us back quickly. We usually see Dr. Webster, but have seen the other Dr's and NPs, and I have been impressed with them all. All the staff up there are helpful and knowledgeable and definitely put my mind at ease any time we visit.

Never have i been spoken to in such a condescending tone as i was today, and i work in retail so that says something. I took my 2m old (almost 3M) son to his appointment with Dr Rossi where she proceeded to tell me i was over feeding my child (he drinks 5oz bottles and apparently he’s supposed to be drinking 4oz bottles) but in the same appointment look at me and blink at me like i was dumb when i told her i don’t wake my son every 4 hours at night to feed because HIS MAIN pediatrician (Dr Kelly Grummer-Smith who we really like and couldn’t see since she was out for leave) told us not to worry about waking him until 5 hours if he wanted to sleep a little longer then that was fine, and the 5 hour mark was mostly for SIDS.
