From day 1, there were billing problems. Their billing 'specialist' Amanda refused to call UMR with me there to see exactly how much my copay was. This caused me plenty of stress on every visit, and I could not get in a quality session with my mental health counselor. On Jan.28, she and I disputed my bill before my session. I raised my voice, but did not curse. My counselor, Cain came out of office. Instead of taking me in for my session, and trying to help me with my anger(which is why I am there), he said" if you cant AFFORD to see me, I will refer you to someone else who you may be able to pay." He then shut his door in my face, and allowed me to leave in a rage. Is this the action of a caring and competent health care professional? I'll leave it up to you.

My psychiatrist retired after 20 years together! I was so anxious about my medications...I’ve been blessed to find a happy place. But to retell a lifetime was going to be horrific, lengthy.... NO worry was necessary! I am seeing Affinity for meds; therapy will be addressed on as needed basis. Thank you for acknowledging my successes and keeping me on medications that make my quality of life so beautiful.

I love it!!! I'm just grateful to be able to get quality care with Medicaid insurance(which is genuinely so hard to find because people tend to write you off if you can not pay out of pocket for your health). These people are a blessing!!!
