Adriane and John have both been wonderful to work with! I came in for lower back pain (l5s1 disc) and they have been attentive and patient. Adriane has been incredible about explaining the ‘why’ behind all our activities and made sure she wasn’t giving me exercises I couldn’t complete at home with minimal equipment. She even gave me a cheat sheet on which exercises to perform based on symptoms (if any) I experienced. I’m largely pain-free now, and I owe it to them both. I’d recommend Adriane and John to anybody!

My physical therapy experience and outcome with John and Adrianne exceeded my expectations following surgery to repair a broken wrist. I expected to heal and recover quickly because I’m a nurse and health coach and knew how to heal with nutrition, rehab and rest/sleep, but I was still pleasantly surprised by the rapid time to almost full-recovery. What I appreciated most was their caring and compassion to help heal me emotionally as well as physically. They used techniques that I couldn’t do at home - wrist stretching, cupping, massage and red light therapy. All in all I had an excellent physical therapy experience and highly recommend Oak Bend PT.

Cynthia Card is the best physical therapist you will ever meet. Unlike physical therapy at other conglomerates that just show you 3 stretches and watch, she spends time with you, evaluates the issues affecting your body, and then shows you the exercises slowly. My life has changed since coming here.

I can't express enough the incredible care I received from Dr. John Fernandez. I am an athlete who was struggling with lower back and hip pain that was seriously affecting my sports. Through a combination of tailored exercises, soft tissue therapy, and education on proper mechanics I was able to return to sport pain free. Dr. Fernandez went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported through my recovery journey. I recommend him to anyone who is dealing with a sports-related injury!

I just started physical therapy at this location and with only two sessions underneath my belt I can say that these people know what they're doing. Specifically John Fernandez. He's empathetic, patient, and gives a thorough rundown of the exercises he gives while also maintaining a personable but professional attitude. It's refreshing to see a physical therapist who is caring and understanding. I am looking forward to finally starting my healing process.
