After being a patient for more than 10 years, actually when this practice first opened and needed patients, I was a loyal patient and have been over this time. But today, walking in with a new insurance card I was treated very rudely by both the staff without any explanations just my co-pay would be $128 when it should’ve been zero so after today, my star rating drops about to one.

I cant say enough about this place I've been coming here for a few years and i see William Hornby and he has been the most thorough PA i have seen ever, the staff is amazing as well. They even draw blood in house and Hailey is the best !! you cant even tell she drew the blood. the wait time is always short in the office i can go on and on if you want a practice where they take the time and listen and go over things this is the place!

Went for my initial visit today and was very pleased. The MA was very sweet and an absolute pro at phlebotomy! I saw the PA, Bill, he was very thorough and wasn’t clearly in a big rush to get to the next patient. It made me feel very comfortable at a visit I was so anxious to attend. Thank you. :)

I recently had a visit to Afermin Primary Care for a simple throat swab to check for an infection and I am extremely frustrated with the experience. During my appointment, I was subjected to several tests that I did not consent to or even know about. I was assured that everything would be covered by my insurance, but to my shock, I received a bill for $1,000. The lack of communication regarding these additional tests is unacceptable. No one informed me about the costs or the fact that these tests would not be covered. I feel misled and now find myself burdened with heavy medical debt because of their lack of transparency.
