AFC Urgent Care Woodbury

I been to this urgent care a few times. Staff is nice & place is clean. This morning when I went the nurse or MA, Nicole, was just not friendly in any way shape or form. The entire interaction was extremely strange. I work in customer service and can’t imagine someone in the medical field feeling that is an appropriate way to speak to patients.

The staff at AFC urgent care in Woodbury was efficient, attentive and kind. I was registered and taken back to a room quickly. The PA I saw, Corey Gilbert, explained my diagnosis and treatment and provided me with a print out in case I forgot anything. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Submitted all my documents online and was admitted quickly. I was cared for by Nurse Practitioner which has always been fine with me for routine visits such as cold symptoms. The NP was thorough and took her time I didn’t feel rushed at all

The first thing I noticed was how clean and new everything was. I was already hopeful for a good experience. The front desk staff was efficient, helpful, friendly, and didn’t ask any unnecessary information. I can’t stress how helpful that is in an urgent care situation. The medical staff was highly professional and empathetic. I had an excellent experience overall.

We had 2 visits in under a week and everyone we came in contact with was super nice and very helpful. We're very fortunate to have such a reliable urgent care so close to home. Thank you so much!
