AFC Urgent Care Woodbridge

Everyone here was so kind to me. I came in for a pre-employment drug screening and I was struggling to provide a urine sample. They stop testing at 4pm on weekdays even though they close officially at 5pm. I was given some water and they allowed me to wait until minutes to 5pm (well after testing hours were over) just to take my sample so I could submit by my deadline. The customer service and professionalism was amazing and you can tell they really care about people. I’ll definitely be back.

I went yesterday morning to AFC. Urgent care with my 9-year-old son and was completely blown away by the professionalism, the compassion. ❤️The Nurse MS.BIANCA Was so compassionate❤️ and had a wonderful amount of patience with my son?♥️ She even tried comforting him as he had tears rolling down his face as well as The♥️♥️ PA MR.DONOVAN ♥️♥️ I've never met a doctor like my him His bedside manner was over the top. He was very thorough while checking out my son. Nothing was left uncovered. My questions were answered thoroughly and was told if I had questions or needed to return just to come right back in We need more.Doctors, Nurses Etc. The wait is unbelievable. Took over 2 hours to see the doctor for my kids. I wish I would have went to Patient First in Lake Ridge. The doctors and the staff were pleasant but the wait is ridiculous. There’s no system it seems like. People who arrived after me with no reservations were seen before my kids. I had to go up to the front desk in order for my kids to be called after 2 hours of waiting. To be honest I will not be coming back here if I don’t have to. The staff is good but the wait with no explanation is too much for me. People come to Urgent Care for immediate service and help, not to be waiting hours with no communication and to be skipped in line as well. Management or whoever oversees the daily business needs to do better. For every hour I had to wait I took away a star, this

I needed to renew my CDL before the two year expiration. I called them and they said, "yes we do same day quick DOT physicals. I went and the visit was $120.0. They were courteous, professional and quick. I wish it were cheaper or covered by my health insurance instead of out of pocket. But never the less it got accomplished. Thank you.

Nelson was a great help and made the whole visit wonderful and enjoyable. I had good laughs with him and enjoyed the entire time I was there!
