AFC Urgent Care West Springfield

One of the best experiences I've had with an urgent care setting. It was great to be able to select an appointment online and take care of all preliminary paperwork via their online system. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Super fast service. I booked a day in advanced for 8am. I also made sure I filled out as much information as possible online first . The booking and pre booking online service is an easy step by step. This allowed me to be the very first person seen because all the information was easily done in advanced. Seen at 8am this morning and was out by 8:25am. Is was already packed by 8:10am. Super fast and super friendly staff!!! Great service

On Jan 24 I would give 5 stars & saw provider T. Saimeri & she was super polite, helpful & i was super happy with the visit. On Feb 1 I would give no stars cuz I went back & saw provider Tardif & couldn't have been more disappointed. She assumed wound was a burn which it isn't & before i could wrap up dressings & dispose of them was forcing me over exam table causing me to fumble dressing all over myself. Refused to even listen to me & gave me prescription that isnt even used with this situation. I'm actually going to try to contact & schedule appointment with first provider cause i know she will be receptive & helpful to my needs.

I arrived at 7:58AM, and the patient intake specialist at the front desk was extremely helpful taking my information. Then I waited only 10 minutes to be seen by a medical assistant/nurse and then the PA shortly after. She was very knowledgeable in her diagnosis and explained the treatment she prescribed. Just 2 days later I am starting to feel better.

From the time I checked in to the time I  checked out the entire experience was amazing. Very easy. Staff was very helpful very inviting and very pleasant. The provider was amazing!! Great bed side manner. She listened and heard my concerns. Would def recommend this provider. Would definitely recommend my family to use this urgent care.
