AFC Urgent Care West Chester

I went over to AFC early Sunday morning and was able to get in to see a doctor very quickly. The girl at the desk was very welcoming and just instructed me to use the app and get all of my information into the system. I took less than five minutes. After a short wait I was seen by Patrick who was very friendly and professional and took all of my vitals and asked me more questions about my illness. Then I was seen by Rebecca and after a quick test to rule out other infections quickly diagnosed me and had my scripts sent over to my CVS. This is the second time I have used this facility in the past six months and I will continue to use them when needed. My experiences have been great.

Had a brief opportunity to get an appointment in for a quickly escalating tooth inflammation / possible infection.  Was able to quickly book and appointment and get seen.   Was a great experience, from walking into the office to being seen.  I am always happy to visit AFC West Chester when I need to.

Really great experience. Fast service if you do all the paperwork ahead of time - then you just show up and wait til they call your name. Staff was friendly and professional. Answered my many questions😆 and called in scripts before I even left. Was very inexpensive as well, maybe because of my insurance (but cheaper than my regular doctor!). I will definitely be recommending to all.

I came in with low grade fever, chills, severe chest cough and aches. Vitals were taken along with xray. I was told I had a virus to let it run it's course. I felt awful. Got home, received a call from urgent care telling me the radiologist read the xray and said I had pneumonia. Prescribed medication which I had to go back out and get at 7:30 at night. I was not happy. Why they let me leave surprised me. The medication caused diarrhea so I stopped taking it after a few days.

I woke up with a pain, and because it had been day three, I opted to schedule an urgent care appointment. Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy. I was able to complete my pre-check-in with ease before leaving the house. When I got there, I checked online and noticed the staff. They verified my information within a minute and confirmed that everything was in order. I arrived early and got seen within 15 minutes. The staff walked me back, verified my concerns, and my medical history. They asked questions to provide a picture for the PA. She came and asked how to pronounce my name, which was a nice gesture. She introduced herself, reviewed my notes, and asked about my concern. She conducted some visual examinations and provided her assessment, explaining why she came to that conclusion
