AFC Urgent Care Vintage

First time patient, but very happy about the experience. They let you know how long the wait could be, what’s next step. This relieves some anxiety from the patients. The staff are polite, and doctor is effective. I have been to several urgent cares, this is the best one hand down. Strongly recommended it!

Friendly and caring. Went in with severe pain and they did not provide enough check up to set me at ease. I still left with no idea what my sharp shoulder pain was due to. Did not perform enough physical test due to lack of knowledge or…. Also says physician staffed they are not. You will see nurse practitioner or PA never a doctor.

This was my first time visiting this clinic because I had seen many positive reviews. I made an appointment the night before and came in the next day. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was very unprofessional. The front staff lady had a rude and dismissive attitude from the start. I was coughing heavily and had ear pressure, which made it difficult to hear clearly. She spoke very softly and mumbled, and when I nicely asked her to speak up, her attitude became worse. NP Jose was excellent. He is kind, attentive, and professional. He explained everything clearly, prescribed my medications, and even walked me out. The two stars are solely for him. when I went to pick up my medication, one of the prescriptions was missing. The pharmacy told me to call the clinic to have it reordered

My experience with AFC was great. Jose NP and the staff took me in last minute on an early time. They were very nice and helpful in ensuring my diagnosis was correct and checking for any residual effects. They seem to care about your individual needs. Highly recommended!!
