AFC Urgent Care Trumbull

Recently moved to Trumbull and needed care! I am overly satisfied and faith restored in humanity! The whole staff was super attentive, extremely professional, courteous, caring, efficient and did their tasks above expectations! I would love to thank the front desk staff my apologies I did not get her name, but she is amazing... Ms. Becky who took my vitals and EKG amazing... and the good Dr.Kurt Da amazing! Everyone was warm, caring, and welcoming from check in to the nurses and doctor. The new building is beautiful and spacious, and there was no waiting because the staff was fully focused on taking care of patients’ needs. The visit was efficient, with compassionate care throughout. I also noticed an inspiring quote on the staff bulletin board that read, ‘If you can change your mind, you can change your life!’ It may be a little expensive, but it is absolutely worth every penny. Thank you all, a team player for such wonderful care.

Had been sick with this horrible 2025 flu strain for 3 weeks which I believe developed into a sinus infection. I initially went to a different urgent care. Walked in saw 16 people in the waiting room and left. Drove down the street and found this AFC, 3 people in the waiting room. Reception was very friendly and got me in within 30 mins. Nurse who took my vitals was very sweet, friendly and also actually listened . Dr was great answered all my questions i didnt feel rushed. confirmed my sinus infection got me the meds i needed and within 2 days i was so much better. So glad i found this AFC.

Had a waiting room appointment, showed up 5min early. Checked in with a QR code at the front desk. Sat on other side of room to be away from other patients. 45 min later I walked up to the desk to ask about the wait. They didn’t know I was here!! Why would you have a QR code to check in and not use the system? No one ever called my name at any point. Took a total of 1.5hrs to get out of there. The dr was very kind and had a good experience that way but very frustrating front office procedures and staff. I won’t be going back there.

came here early on Monday morning the place itself is beautiful but that doesn't really matter when the care itself isn't. I had a severe sore throat for 3 days and was sent home with ibuprofen and lidocaine? I did test negative in office but they were suppose to send it off to a lab and i never heard back. The pcp that checked me she looked in my mouth because i asked my fever was never taken nor did she feel for swelling on my glands. fast forward two days my throat got worse I went to a yale urgent care where my needs were met i did end up having strep and was told if i would have started antibiotics when i originally asked i wouldn't have been in the pain i was in. Its crazy to think how much they charge our insurance for a 10 min check and zero care. I will never be returning. Get bet
