I had a wonderful experience. The person in the window treated me with such kindness. The technicians as well. And the provider was very friendly. She examined me with much care and tenderness. She answered all my questions and sent my medication immediately. Great service. As I was leaving the team also said goodbye. Great time and great friendly service.

I had an excellent experience at this Urgent Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the waiting area was very clean and welcoming. A special thank-you to Dr. Steven, Dr.Khurshid, and Dr.Basdeo, who truly went above and beyond. They were compassionate, patient, and took the time to listen carefully to every concern. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment plan before leaving. It’s rare to find a doctor who shows such genuine care and professionalism. The nurses and staff were also amazing—friendly, efficient, and supportive throughout the entire visit. I didn’t appreciate the patient care text tossing the discharge papers because my grandson tested positive for COVID. Also did not appreciate his results being called out across the room. People should always feel respected. My grandson is 14 and was afraid. Please consider your actions.

Front desk staff as well as Jason De Los Santos were amazing. I went late in the evening and the 2 girls and guy still had great energy.. Dr. Basdeo was also very hospitable and understanding of my needs. Quick service and care.

This urgent care is very organized and very clean. I had an 8am appointment - first one in. It was good because I felt lousy. Came in at 8am registered before which made it easier. Paid my co pay all in 5 minutes. Sat and waited nurse to me in was done with her in about 10 minutes. From 8:15 to 9am I fell asleep in the room waiting for the doctor. He came in very pleasant gave me meds - feeling better now. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 45 minutes for the doc - but the nap was good!
