AFC Urgent Care Swampscott

From a bad cat scratch, infection, to rogue virus, AFC staff has been competent and caring. As a complex needs patient they have my trust. This is huge. Extra thanks to the P.A’s who have been outstanding.

I went in for a follow-up and I was Covid free from the Covid test I took. The wait time was less than 15 mins for a walk in. A very friendly place. The woman at the front desk and the nurses are just as wonderful as the Doctor I saw. Love the fact that its in a great area with a lot of different stores in the area. Love love love love love it!

Friendly staff at the front desk, friendly staff being brought in to do my vitals and the doctor seems quite friendly as well. She was very thorough. Explain explaining to me what may be the problem and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I would definitely go back

My experience was very good. They saw me very quickly , did not wait very long. The nurses were all very helpful and competent. The person who saw me was Nick who again was very helpful and seem knowledgeable. I felt confident that I learned what was not wrong with me and my options for further discussion with my PCP. My first visit on Feb 1 was stellar---every person with whom I came into contact was caring and pleasant. Not so on my second visit---disappointing mixed bag. Receptionist was critical of my lack of appt, so I apologized for not knowing I needed one. They took me in two minutes, so don't know what the big deal was. The assistant who got me was surly and impatient and actually raised her eyes to the sky when I tried to explain my symptoms by referencing my prior visit's chart. I decided to leave when she said something to the other asst, as if I were invisible. The second asst convinced me to stay and offered to do the triage instead. She was kind. The NP was forcing herself to be cordial, and when I explained my phobia of meds, she seemed to delight in telling me I'd get sicker and need mo
