AFC Urgent Care Roosevelt Mall

I looked my child today, it was empty, I guess due to the snow. Everything was very quick. You do tje check in from your phone, no touching pens or papers, which I loved. The two ladies at front desk very polite. The medical assistant who took care of my child took note of everything I explain and told the doctor. Dr. Nguyen was great, she explain to me the symptoms and the course of action to take. Plenty of parking, comfortable waiting area and very clean.

Found this local Urgent Care that had a very high rating. Doors opened on time and was met by the wonderful staff at the front desk: Ashanti, Sabrina and Nicole. Check-in was quick but I also did pre-register ahead online. The lobby was clean and they offered free refreshments. Since I was the first patient in, I was quickly seen. Abby, the PA, was attentive and personable and provided me with the medical information relating to my visit. Even upon leaving, I was met with smiles and great hospitality by the staff. I would recommend this location for your Urgent Care needs.

I visited the urgent care this afternoon and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was amazing. The PA Sheena and MA Nicole were very attentive. PA Sheena was kind, considerate, patient, and has amazing bedside manner; I love how her presence allowed me to share about some things I’ve been through. Denise and Amirah at the front desk were warm and welcoming. This is how urgent care staff should treat patients! Absolutely amazing customer service and kindness all the way around the board. I will definitely return to this urgent care, as well as tell my family and friends about this location!

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care. The front desk staff, especially Amira, was absolutely amazing—very polite, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They accommodated everything I needed to get done for school and made sure it was handled in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated. The provider, Ms. Sheena, was exceptional—thorough, kind, and very attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I really love it here and highly recommend this location!
