AFC Urgent Care Raleigh Midtown

AFC Urgent Care continues to impress me. The staff is consistently great. I rarely have to wait long, but I always make an appointment so I’m not sure what walking wait time looks like. Today the nurse who first saw me was August and he was so personable and professional. I really enjoy going to AFC Urgent Care.

I had such a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Tia was absolutely amazing — professional, compassionate, and attentive. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood every step of my care. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile like she does. I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend this clinic and especially Tia for anyone needing quality care!

Wonderful experience from start to finish From calling ahead to make sure they accept my insurance to barely waiting and being worked up by Brooklyn. She was very kind and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment answering all of my questions and keeping me educated. Thank you all for amazing care!!

This is the best urgent care experience i've ever had. From the comforting, uplifting nurses to the doctor, everyone was amazing and really listened to what was going on. Bailey Wells was my doctor and she really took the time to talk to me about my concerns, explain everything fully, answer all my questions, and even help with my associated anxiety/panic around the issue. She checked everything thoroughly, went above and beyond, and even came up with a game plan with multiple routes to take depending on the test results. I have OCD, and one of my new triggers is health related, so getting/feeling sick can quickly turn into a full blown debilitating panic attack. When I went in, I was barely holding it together, and by the time I left, I felt more in control and calm(er). August was great

Had a burn a couple days ago that rapidly deteriorated overnight. My husband found your location using google reviews and it had a fantastic rating so that's why we picked it. Staff were friendly and helpful, free water was great and got in to see a Doctor within a half hour. Doc was friendly knowledgeable and efficient and staff were super friendly and amazing. Special thanks to Christina, Tia and Dr Bailey for an amazing friendly professional and efficient experience. Highly recommend!! Thanks SO MUCH!
