AFC Urgent Care Raleigh-Brier Creek

I came in for a pre-employment physical and TB test. I had called a few urgent care centers to compare prices, as my insurance didn’t cover it. AFC offered the most acceptable price, and I was also impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the gentleman I spoke with over the phone. It was extremely easy to schedule and check in, and I noticed that the center was very neat and clean. Just like the gentleman who answered my call (I believe he was the nurse who assisted me during my visit), all of the staff I interacted with were professional and kind, and they genuinely made me feel comfortable - which is VERY impressive, given my fear of medical providers following traumatic experiences with two different practitioners (one of whom, Randy L. Swackhammer, has since lost his medic

I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. They assisted me with everything I needed, answered my questions thoroughly, and ensured the process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and compassionate care. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and supportive medical attention!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with AFC at this location and medical staff. Wait times and communication about wait times was reasonable and clear. Staff was extremely kind and attentive and facility is well maintained, clean and feels safe. They seem to follow all major safety protocols including masking where necessary, (yes, even in a Drs office). Check-in and checkouts are seamless and easy and follow up through text messages and the app are timely. I would recommend this facility and location for anyone not wanting to be bothered with a dirty and crowded waiting room and rude staff. I encountered none of that here.

Amazing Dr, he talk to my when walk in a lot pain and felt should go ER, gave her option see him but recommend her go ER in her condition…. Could have took us as patient get business but had my wife care first! don’t know Dr name wish I took it he deserves great review. Stay away AFC southpoint!!!!

I had a great experience today at AFC Urgent Care for my drug test. The process was quick, smooth, and very professional. TY was especially helpful friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. They explained everything clearly and kept things moving efficiently.
