AFC Urgent Care Port Richmond

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain my diagnosis clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing me. The facility was very clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I truly appreciated how compassionate and attentive everyone was throughout my visit. If you’re looking for prompt, high-quality medical care without the long wait times of an emergency room, I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care. I would definitely return if I ever need urgent medical attention again.

Quick! Had me and my daughter in and out. Krista and Mary at the front desk was very helpful and kind. And so was the MA crystal and also wanna give a big thank you to Cindy very patient. 10/10 recommend!!! Clean, smells GREAT! & i love the Christmas decorations.

Hi. Krista was the first person I saw behind the desk. She greeted me with the biggest smile. Her professionalism and compassion put me at ease. I had to fill the form on my phone and she saw I was intimidated. She expressed that she will be here to answer any and all my questions. And she did!! I had another question Krista was busy so Mary who works behind the front desk ,also, greeted me with a smile, help me with my last question for my intake. She also, was professional and compassionate. If I have go to urgent Care again, these are the two women I would love to see behind the desk.

Shannon was absolutely lovely! I Came in with my 7 year old and Shannon was so sweet and gentle with her. My daughter wasn’t feeling well, headache, fever, etc… Shannon made her smile and laugh. No body likes doctors visits so it was nice that Shannon was able to make my daughter feel more comfortable at the doctors. Thanks ! additionally, the doctor Madison was super kind, caring, informative. I love this urgent care! If your familiar with the area you’ve probably been to Vibe urgent care i’m sure you have some bad experience to share…. AFC is the complete opposite , everyone is welcoming and kind, they don’t seem unhappy to be at work. The temperature is another big plus for me. it’s always warm in the winter and cool in the Summer. It’s great that they do so much to make their patient

My experience at AFC Urgent Care Port Richmond was excellent from start to finish. I received a very warm welcome from Krista at the front desk, and the check-in process was simple and easy. I was further aided by Crystal, the medical assistant on duty, who was very professional — she drew my blood quickly with just one stick, and I was in and out with no issues. Upon check-out, Mary was also very helpful in answering the questions I had. This was my first time visiting this urgent care, and I will definitely return for any additional care if needed. Highly recommend!
