Helpful, kind and professional every time I have to come in. They take time to talk to their patients and to have good bedside manner. Very calm and clean as well. Great place to come if needed. Did not get the same experience as the other urgent care in this area

Edit: The following afternoon after writing this review, the owner Dennis called me to check in, apologize, and offer a refund. This is an incredible example of customer/patient service, and in a month when I've spent so much money on doctor's visits and medicine, the refund was above and beyond appreciated. We're human, we make mistakes, but this level of care was really unexpected. I hope I don't have to visit an urgent care again any time soon, but I am happy they're there and will go back if I need to. Another lesson in advocating for yourself as a patient! I went on Saturday; everyone was very nice and I was seen quickly. However, I went in with pain in both of my ears as my main issue. My husband just received care at Phoenixville Urgent Care. We are so fortunate to have such excellent care nearby. Dr. Waxman is skilled and friendly, and sent the necessary prescriptions to our pharmacy, which were waiting for us when we got there. And the office staff is always friendly and efficient.

I am very privileged to be living in close proximity of Urgent Care. I feel safe and secure knowing that they are there, if and when we need them. And the staff is warm and friendly and helpful. Especially the doctor’s... they are patient, insightful, knowledgeable, and have never steered me wrong.
