AFC Urgent Care North Bergen

I had such a wonderful experience the AFC Urgent care today. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel genuinely cared for. The front desk associate, Elle, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient, she immediately put me at ease. The nurse who assisted me was so gentle and attentive, and really took the time to understand what I was feeling. Dr. Tamika was exceptional. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire visit. Her compassion and professionalism truly stood out and made me feel safe and understood. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive, comforting environment. I’m truly grateful for the care I received today.

Just a heads up for anyone considering this urgent care. They charge you $160 for walking in and any bloodwork done isn't covered by that so you get charged twice for the same work basically. And the untrained female at the window is either completely unprofessional who hates being there or was never trained in customer service. Gave me an extremely short explanation which I had to ask three times to explain what that meant cause she didn't even bother looking at me while explaining the service. Find yourself another urgent care if you need cause she really treated me worse than they do at an overcrowded DMV.

Son was in a car accident with a drunk driver crashing into him and totaled the vehicle. Air bags deployed, blown out windows with injuries involved by a drunk driver. The level of attention and respect from Depaola, A. N.P. was unprofessional and incompetent. She treated him and questioned as if he was the one at fault and no aid to his pains. We left going straight to emergency room for better care and service. Make sure you are being seen by real professionals. First and last ill being using this facility.

Call ahead for my specific issue. Walked in and filled paperwork waited a little bit And my needs were well taken care of. Thanks to the lady at the front desk and the nice nurses and doctors working in the back. Very conscientious and informative.

horrible experience ever wont recommend this place at all, first dont have the correct staff second tgey dont care about you they only care about money and how to charge the most as possible. i went with an twisted ankle tha happened to me in the STREET public STREET!! they didnt even an x ray tech. when they took me inside an a not too well trained male ma just asked me what happend and i just said i was working. and has soon he heard working he literally left the room and said workers comp. then another person came in trying to make me fill out a form from workers comp. mind you i have full state insurance. but they still wanted me to fill workers comp im telling them that i dont have workers comp i dont even work for a actually company or this happend on a job site. but noo they heard t
