AFC Urgent Care Naperville

My daughter has very high fever when we took her to Afc urgent care and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and efficient, and I was seen quickly despite the waiting room being pretty full. The doctor was thorough and answered all my questions, and the whole process was pretty painless. Would definitely go back if I needed to.

Best urgent care/doctor’s office I’ve been to. The girl at the front desk was kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Registration was a breeze with her. The medical assistant who took me back for vitals was also kind, engaging, genuine, helpful, compassionate and a clear asset to the company. The PA was kind, compassionate, listened, explained things, made me feel seen, respected, and dignified. He addressed my issue and provided me with next steps should my issue escalate. My prescription was placed quickly. I am out of state so this urgent care was an oasis of help. Pleasant people who are good at what they do are hard to find! Thank you all!

I checked in (submitted all documents and payments) at 3:30 pm and left the place at 5:30 pm. My perspective is that they lack efficiency: 2 hours is too much for a quick visit while they didn’t seem to be that busy today. Their front has a sign that says: eliminate the wait. (Not accurate) I must say that it is a clean place and people are so kind!

I went through the online booking process and had an appointment set up for the same day, received text messages and emails confirming my appointment. I left work early. I am in pain. I get there and the door is locked, they are closed. Seriously? Your website booking needs to know if you are closed.

Upon visiting the clinic amazing customer service. Staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Was able to provide care and insight during visit. Yes! I would definitely recommend returning back.
