AFC Urgent Care Midlothian

I visited AFC Urgent Care in VA for an allergic reaction and received professional, efficient, and empathetic care. I was seen very quickly with little wait time. I don’t do well with needles and the nursing staff along with the doctor were caring, compassionate, and responsive to my needs. They made me feel heard and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office. Excellent customer service and care.

I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and had a mostly positive experience. The medical assistant was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The nurse practitioner was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided clear explanations and thoughtful care. I truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism from the clinical staff. Unfortunately, my interaction at the front desk was not as welcoming. The receptionist came across as cold and aloof, which made the initial check-in feel uncomfortable. First impressions matter, especially in a healthcare setting. Overall, the medical care itself was excellent, but a warmer front-desk experience would have made the visit feel much more supportive from start to finish.

I loved the doctor working! Dr. Yadav! She was amazing! Very personable, and understanding! I love AFC urgent care! They were quick yesterday. The time before there was only 1 person waiting before me and it took forever to get back there and forever for a doctor to come in, so I appreciate how fast it went yesterday! That could be something they work on.

I have been sick for over a week and was not feeling better. Decided to get some help and I found the right place. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Natalia checked me in and got me to my room. Natalia was very kind and professional. My NP,  Jennie, was very timely and complete a thorough exam regarding my symptoms. My medications were sent immediately to my pharmacy and I was on my way home within short order. A great experience even while feeling ill. Thank you for the good service! I would return in the future for any clinical needs that arise.

Whats the point if setting an appointment and doing all the paperwork preemptively. It says on the site, its to hold your spot. It doesn't hold your spot, even remotely. Unless im confused and didnt know my spot was 40 min past the appointment I selected. Edit: its now been 50 minutes. Let's see how many more updates yall get. Edit: only took 56 minutes past my appointment time to get me in and not a single apology from anyone. Lol 5/5 wont be coming back Lmfao re-edit: what's the point of bringing me back to sit in another room for what has now been 20 min without being seen? Wow, didnt expect another edit. Been 30 minutes now, after sitting in a different room for 56 minutes. Still havent been seen, went and asked what's up and im told I still have another patient in front of me. Wh
