AFC Urgent Care Memorial City

I took my daughter and my mom for treatment early Saturday morning. Both were quite ill. We were seen quickly and with very thorough and compassionate care. They were tested on the spot for flu, covid, and strep. Both the nurse and the physician listened and asked good questions to understand both of their symptoms and and concerns. I will definitely return when we need urgent care that is both extremely qualified, but also caring and considerate about wait time. Thank you for your care and medical expertise. They are both beginning to feel better today.

Went to them over this weekend with symptoms of sore throat, congestion, losing voice. They rapidly checked me in, tested me and found me negative for strep throat, COVID, flu. Sent me home with a more potent prescription for relieving the symptoms. Must be just a bad case of cold. 5 stars as they were prompt and painless in wait time and getting me medical help. A year ago, my wife visited this location and also had experienced great care.

Highly recommend. Walked in very sick with flu, they treated me promptly and with kindness following safety protocols. Got meds and testing with immediate results. Clean facility. The called twice to check on me in the following days. I do not have a primary care doc and this was very convenient. They even said they would process with my insurance and bill me later. Highly reccomend and would go there again.

Do not come here if you expect efficient time management. Despite having an appointment, the front desk staff did not greet me and had a dismissive attitude. I was informed that even with an appointment, the scheduling system does not accurately reflect the number of patients being seen in the back, which raises the question of why the service is offered if it isn’t reliable. I ultimately did not get to see a provider and left due to excessive waiting time. There was no one else in the waiting room, yet the receptionist was unable to provide any estimate of when I would be seen. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a waste of time.

Loved the service and attention. Very friendly and professional!!! Hate to say I want to come Back to urgent care, but if ever needed, this is the place to go to!!! Thank you Jessica and Yasmine!! You all were great
