I left a review months ago now about how I went in for a pre-employment screen and wished I could apologize for my attitude. What I really wish is that I remembered that PA's name but my attitude was totally appropriate. I ended up having a tonsillar abscess and could have died. I will look through my paperwork to see if I can find her name but she was awful. I went for the screening but was in obvious pain that the receptionist showed concern. She was great. Anyway, the PA treated me like I was trying to "pull a fast one" because I asked her to look at my throat and I even stated that if I needed to come back around to use my insurance instead of the employers that I would if she thought it was serious. AFC Urgent Care in Marlborough saw me promptly. The nurse and doctor asked appropriate questions, especially since I was a first-time patient. The doctor was thorough. X-rays were prompt. They followed through quickly and thoroughly with checkout paperwork and sending scripts to my pharmacy. I am finally recovering to some degree after eight days of illness, so diagnosis and scripts must have been accurate.

Dr. T is exceptional. She is incredibly helpful, informative, and takes the time to ask thoughtful questions to truly connect the dots before offering a diagnosis. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensures you fully understand every detail of your care. Her thoroughness and compassion truly set her apart. I would absolutely recommend Dr. T without hesitation.

I chose a 10 because the care I received was efficient, professional, and compassionate. The staff was welcoming, the provider took time to listen to my concerns, and I felt well-informed about my treatment plan. The visit was smooth from check-in to discharge.

This is the slowest urgent care in the area. Wait times well over an hour everytime. First visit was almost 4.5 hours for a 10min evaluation cost me almost 300 dollars in missed time at work. Also the exams rooms are dirty they probably haven’t dusted the ceilings or top of the cabinet in years. On top of the cabinet was an air purifier that was full of cobwebs and dust. When they called to give me X-ray results the person calling me was very unprofessional and couldn’t articulate what they thought was going on with the X-ray not sure how they got on the phone with almost no medical knowledge.
