AFC Urgent Care Lansdale

Recently, I brought my six-year-old daughter here for an exam and to determine the root of her symptoms. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, and everyone was very friendly. This location is very clean and caters to all people. Our medical assistant named Shan was phenomenal. He treated my daughter with respect and was kand even offered her a toy from their toy bin to help ease the transition. The provider Seda, PA-C was phenomenal. She listened to all of our concerns did a thorough exam and provided adequate treatment and even even followed up with us in the next day to check on my daughter. Really friendly staff, and feel well cared for and listened to. Found out I had a broken rib quickly and informed how to treat it and what to watch out for. Exceeded expectations! Plus coffee and tea options!

I made an appointment for 8am the night before & was promptly seen when they opened. The facility was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Once I was brought back to a room, a nurse kindly went over all my symptoms and took necessary vitals. Soon after she left, the provider came in. She was very attentive to my issues and provided me with a concerned response along with a prescription and a sheet with very detailed instructions which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this urgent care for your needs. Lots of parking and has easy access entrances & exits.

I had to stop by urgent care yesterday, Monday 23rd. The receptionist who checked me in was so quiet and sweet!! I filled out my paper work online and waited my turn. While I was waiting… the OTHER receptionist who was behind the counter was extremely loud speaking about her lunch and etc.. but when she called my name very very loud she did not even wait for me to come up she yelled YOU OWE (this much) AFTER INSURANCE. I was not even out of my seat yet… luckily there was only one other person in the waiting room but SUPER unprofessional in my opinion. I was not going to say anything but AFC sent this link two times so I figured that who ever is in charge there needs to teach that second receptionist how to behave in an office setting. Extremely unprofessionally if I have to specify again.

From out of town and unsure where to go. AFC Urgent Care was a very good choice. Was able to put my name in ahead of time so when I got there, they took me right back. Got checked out and had X-rays done. In and out within an hour. Great staff, so pleasant.
