The clinic is clean and quiet. Their online check-in status is not very accurate since I was listed as the 2nd person as walk-in and only 3 walk-ins total but I was last to call in. Either it’s not accurate or they didn’t do thing in order. Once I got into the room, the assistance swapped my throat and nose to test for COVID and flu and the results should be ready in 15 min but I didn’t see the nurse practitioner until 50 minutes later. The wait was a bit long for some simple tests. I would use it again since it’s near my place but only if I can’t get into my regular Doctors schedule.

Because I completed the online appointment form in advance, there was almost no waiting time when I arrived. The appointment process was simple, and the app interface was very well designed. After reviewing the reason for our visit, the front desk staff kindly explained in advance what services could and could not be provided here, and helped check our insurance. This allowed me to clearly understand the situation and make an informed decision to proceed with an initial evaluation at this urgent care. Once we entered the exam room, both doctors were professional and thorough. My English is not very strong, but the doctors immediately used a real-time translation app to help us communicate more smoothly. Great care at a good price. Fast and efficient. The 5 stars are worth the experience alone I had with a lovely young lady named Andrea at the front desk. She was super attentive, friendly and helpful as it was my first time there. It’s nice to be welcomed with a warm embrace to an establishment you are hoping to get good care from. Definitely will be back if I or my loved ones need urgent care in the future.

From the moment I walked in the door the service was exception. Front desk was very courteous. And I didn't get her name but the nurse who did my vitals had wonderful disposition. And them Sarah (NP) came in and she was the icing on the came . Made the DOT MEDICAL CERT EXAM a smooth one. I will definitely recommend them and I'll be back. Shalom

My experience at AFC Urgent Care Sugar Land was a wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and caring. Davis at the front desk was very helpful with checking me in, Sara and Ruby were amazing nurses and Alex was a very informed and knowledgeable Provider. Would highly recommend to any and all age groups!
