AFC Urgent Care Katy - Greenhouse Road

I already felt like crap and the nurses made me feel worse because they had to do their job while I was there and they clearly weren’t happy about it. I was the only person there yet I waited 50 minutes to see the doctor. I repeated my symptoms to the nurses, the doctor, and filled in my symptoms on an online form that you’re required to sign when you get there. Not sure what the point of filling out an online form is when you have to verbally repeat several times. The nurse brought me to the back, measured/weighed me, gave me a flu and covid test. When the doctor finally came in, she had obviously just finished her lunch because she was still chewing when she came in, which everyone has to eat, but I already waited for 50 minutes, she and myself could’ve wait 30 more seconds for her to fi

I was very sick and thought I had COVID but didn't have the co-pay to make appointment to be seen the day that I needed to be seen. I called this urgent Care and spoke with Tony the manager and he told me just to come on in and we can take care of the copay when I got paid. I really appreciated that! That showed me the care more about me as a human being and my health more than just money. My time there was very quick, the doctor was very thorough, my intake nurse was really sweet and really nice and I was in and out of there within 40 minutes. That's including testing, consultation, prescription and release. They get five stars for me! I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Everyone was really nice at the urgent care. Front desk Dillion was very understanding of my situation. The nurses were really nice and explain everything to me. The Provider was very kind and soft spoken and very nonjudgmental. Overall my experience was smooth, easygoing and pleasant.

I had an amazing experience at AFC Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable right away. The facility was very clean and well maintained, and I didn’t have a long wait time. Most importantly, I felt truly understood and well taken care of. I highly recommend them!

The office assistant was so nice. The wait was short. The doctor listened to my concerns and acted quickly. Less than 24 hours later my issue improved tremendously. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. Thank you guys so much.....🥰🥰🥰
