UPDATE:::::***** when I came here last visit it was a great visit… I’m pretty sure there has been a changed in staff because I wasted my time believing I would get proper care. The NP Rafael is, just basically told me there’s nothing he can do but give me medication for headaches which was not my main concern. It was more about the nerve issue I am having on my bottom lip. Which if the issue worsen, MY FAMILY WILL SUE THIS PLACE! He basically told me there is nothing he can do about the numbness on my bottom left side of the face. I wasted my morning time & copay which I should’ve paid with a card to dispute. Facts: 1) Have to fill the form online before the visit, you will need to do it anyway on premise. 2) $36 copay regardless if you have insurance. 3) Monday morning 9am not busy, 2-3 ppl in the queue Review: Nice people, sweet lady at reception, not very long wait after scheduled time. A good team of nurses and a doctor, very professional, i got help on the spot, and feel great now. Thanks for a great experience.

Joshua at the front desk greeted us and was efficient, professional, and friendly. Definitely provides a warm warm welcome! Ana took the the initial history and checked vital signs. She was equally professionals and friendly, asking all the right questions and getting the information she needed quickly. Jennifer, the Nurse Practitioner was awesome. Within minutes she completed her exam and provided the needed recommendations and prescription. If you need to seek urgent care assistance, I can’t imagine a more pleasant experience. Kudos to her and the entire staff today. One last suggestion: their website lets you know how many people are waiting at any given time, so you can plan your visit. It allows you to schedule an appointment the same day, as available, and even request that a reminde

Came in after being sick for over a week. Was not feeling well at all when I arrived and the front desk was quick to get me signed in and seen by the doctor. The entire staff was professional and very courteous to my needs. I was seen very quickly, prescription sent out and it was a seamless process. Five stars all the way around.
