AFC Urgent Care Hillsdale

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I did it at the last minute. I was able to get a time checking in was easy. All the staff were very pleasant and caring. I had two tests on one for flu and one for Covid and watched the nice surprise. The one for Covid came up positive if I hadn’t gotten into see the doctor that day I wouldn’t know that I was positive until the next day probably so I was able to get my medicine faster. It was a very good visit and the wait time was not so bad. About 15 minutes behind schedule, I’ll come back.

Have been to this location before and it has always been great. This time it was for one of my children. Made the appointment online, uploaded all my docs, walked in and it was unbelievably fast and easy. Danielle our PA was thorough and friendly. Layla who did intake was fantastic too!

Every time I have gone, here has been a fabulous experience. The whole staff is friendly and supportive, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would never hesitate to go there. It beats the emergency room big time!

I was unable to schedule a timely appointment with my regular physician and decided to get checked at American Family Care Urgent Care. I was well pleased with their attention and concern for me! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed my issues. He had a very wonderful demeanor and a very professional manner. I cannot thank all there enough for healthcare as it should always be. Bravo!!

The receptionist acted quickly when I requested for a urine specimen cup upon entry because I needed it upon arrival! Jenny the nurse was as sweet as she could be snd was very attentive to all my needs and then some, always checking on me and keeping me informed of the time things were taking before the Dr arrived. The Dr gathered the information necessary and recommended that I go to the hospital for review. That was the right call for my high blood pressure and chest congestion and tightness.
