AFC Urgent Care Havertown

Love the facility! Convenient with a knowledgeable medical staff. However my appointment lasted 2.5 hours for a routine visit. This has never happened to me before. Very frustrating when you have to sit that long. Here’s the catch, there were only two people on the lobby waiting. Not sure what the issue was but I’ll be reaching out to the owner to make him aware.

I came down with a bad cold, and a terrible cough. I went to AFC Urgent Care in Havertown. I filled out the required paperwork, and within minutes a medical aid came for me, taking my blood pressure, etc. I hardly got settled from that and another person came in to swab me for Covid, flu, and strep, thankfully all were negative. The doctor came next, Dr. Christine Krueger. She was so thorough, really kind, professional, and made you feel like you were a real patient of hers, not like someone who walked in off the street. Each member of the staff was great! I highly recommend them!!

As a healthcare leader, I was impressed with the overall service at AFC Urgent Care Havertown. The process from initial intake all the way through the entire care was seamless. The employees are respectful and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Keep up the Great Work!

I’ve always been really impressed with how quick AFC is to get me back, and the quality of their care. Their urgent cares are probably the best in the area I was cared for by Dr. Dang, and he was wonderful. I can’t remember the patient care techs name, but all of the PCTs, nurses, and Registrars are equally wonderful

I was a walk in, no worries at the front dest I checked in, seen very quickly and received scripts for my flu and hard cough. Went to drug store for pickup since script was sent there and no issues. Fantastic polite staff top to bottom 5 stars
