AFC Urgent Care Harrisburg

I highly recommend. I scheduled a sport physical online for my son just 2.5 hours prior to the appointment as he was sent home from practice because he did not have his papers. Getting the appointment so quickly was a huge relief for both of us. The staff were nice, helpful and personable making us feel welcomed. We were in/out within 20 minutes with signed papers. This location has their routine down as it was well organized, clean, each staff member knew their role and were thorough in their work. Thank you so much! You were all amazing!

This is by far the best urgent care I’ve visited! Friendly staff and the providers are knowledgeable, caring and professional! they take their time during the visit to make sure everything is covered and not rushed. It’s so convenient that you can schedule your appointments online too, so you don’t have to wait. Highly recommend seeing J. McDonald or Valerie !

I walked into the office and it smelled like a walking pack of cigarettes and immediately threw me off. I had taken my daughter here after a very rough night. The front office was very short, rude and unhelpful as I had my 11 month old with me and told me to fill out their check in information via a QR code. She stated she wouldn’t help me until I had issues with the check in process. After 45 minutes of battling with the online check in (which doesn’t work when taking photos for your insurance card, so don’t bother!), she finally acknowledged me again. Shortly after I was placed into a room because the check in process was aggravating and I asked to be taken to a room with my daughter. I waited over an hour to be seen by someone after her vitals were taken (again, no compassion for a slee

Very pleasant receptionist, greeted me with a smile , explained check in process, answered my questions and had a great personality, very professional too…… The nurse practitioner was also very pleasant to talk to, listens to my problems and concerns and very professional. Good bedside manner. Overall I definitely would revisit if I needed an urgent care. This was my first time int my experience was great. Clinic was clean and reception was was organized very neat.

Everyone was super nice and helpful! Karen was very kind, put me at ease, and knows her stuff. There were three other women who were also very helpful, I unfortunately can't remember their names. One of them might have been Tasha. Thanks guys!
