AFC Urgent Care Hamilton

This was my first ever visit to an urgent care center. I was very pleased with the experience. There was zero wait time I was pleased that they were open on a Sunday morning. They also took my insurance and I only paid a $60 co-pay thenThey diagnosed and solved my problem very quickly and wrote me a prescription. Having a UTI is no fun but being able to take care of it at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning was a godsend. I’m very grateful.. I would highly recommend this urgent care center

I had a very frustrating experience at AFC Urgent Care yesterday. I came in feeling sick with multiple symptoms and was told that if I provided my insurance ID number, I would be able to be seen. I gave them the information they asked for and then waited almost two hours. After waiting all that time, I was suddenly told that because I didn’t have a physical copy of my insurance card, they could not see me. This was extremely disappointing and felt very unprofessional, especially since they had already told me the ID number would be enough. I ended up going to Atlantic Health Urgent Care instead, and the experience was completely different. They had no problem verifying my insurance, confirmed that it was active, and saw me right away without any issues. The difference in professionalism

The customer service personnel were very friendly & polite. I was seen almost immediately after filling out the paper. The immediacy was appreciated. The professionals: The Co-Assistant & Doctor were also very polite & caring during their questioning & assistance. It was a very comfortable experience. Thank you for your Professionalism & Expertise considering the purpose for which I was seen.

Excellent care from the Lady working the front desk, to the guy who called me into the back from the waiting room, and the Dr I spoke with. Excellent service all the way around. They were also very fast getting me seen and out the door home. Thanks for the care you guys are awesome.

Your service are wonderful. My wife and I have used your service twice on separate occasions where we were exposed to the flu and strep throat by our grandchildren. My wife was positive for the flu while I was negative. The prescribed medication helped us tremendously. I didn't feel flu symptoms it if it had developed because I took the medication as a precaution. I did not want to spread the flu to others. Your service helped us prevent from getting anyone else sick. I was going to go to a funeral and didn't go just in case I was a carrier even though I was negative with the flu. We were both negative for strep throat and samples were taken to sent to the lab for a more thorough test to make sure. Thank you for your help. We will continue to utilize your services as needed.
