Outstanding experience when I had a sudden medical emergency. The compassion from everyone was really touching. The service was immediate and I was attended to expeditiously throughout the whole visit and was never "forgotten about" in the exam room. Overall I am very impressed with the experience and care provided and will refer anyone and everyone. The courtesy call the morning after was heart warming as well. Thank you so much!

The staff was very friendly, the PA was kind and knowledgeable. Have to give a special shout out to the nurse Anita who was fantastic- her bedside manner made my daughter and I feel cared for, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out, the appt took about 30 minutes which was also fantastic, especially given a Covid diagnosis, last thing you want to do is sit around in a medical facility. We will definitely go again if the need arises.

Had a really great, concerned female doctor the first time I went who was also in agreement with my PCP on treatment. When AI went back for a follow up I got an old male doctor who was very dismissive, kept interrupting and talking over me and not listening. He was even arguing with me. It seemed like his entire motive was to prove me wrong and treated me like the symptoms I was experiencing weren't a big deal. PCP had sent me over there to get a referral of a biopsy for a possible life threatening condition as they could possibly get me a quicker one. For years so many male doctors dismissed me when I needed treatment for things such as diabetes, telling me I was just fine when I was not. Finally received proper treatment when I started seeing female doctors that did not gaslight me. I wa

Nurse Joy is absolutely amazingggg!!!! She made me feel extremely comfortable and the care she provides is outstanding!!! She was very empathetic about the long wait times and explained that the reason being was because she was the only nurse there. But you couldn't tell because she handled being short staffed so gracefully! She was extremely gentle performing my strep and Covid tests and offered me to take a break in between if needed and offered me water as well. The PA Alex was awesome as well! Thank you guys so much for your great service!

I had a great experience at urgent care thanks to Anita. She took such good care of me and made sure I felt comfortable and listened to me the entire time. Anita was kind, hilarious, professional, and genuinely caring, which made a stressful visit much easier. I truly appreciate her compassion and attention—she’s an amazing asset to the team.
