AFC Urgent Care Elizabeth

The staff was extraordinary, polite,professional and very attentive. But the most pleasant and joyful part of my visit was having Dennis talk to me before the doctor saw me. He was amazing keeping me calm and relaxed until the doctor could see me. The doctor also was kind and very patient answering all my concerns. I would and will in the future use this amazing provision for medical care.

Everyone is really nice, great wait time in the lobby depending on what day you go. However, They get you in and out once you get to your room. As someone who’s fullll of anxiety & new to the adult world, I so recommend this place. Plus, scheduling with Solv is so easy!

The Urgent Care on Westfield Ave in Elizabeth, NJ is a very organized place with amazing staff and doctors. To book an "appointment" was very simple to do with the Solv. App. The doctor specifically heard my complaints and made me feel at ease. The nurse who took my vitals her name was Keisha and i loved her professionalism and was also compassionate towards my situation. It's my 2nd time in this place and both times I had great care. They will do what they can to handle your situation. My family and I will go back in the future if we need to.

Today was my 1st time visiting an AFC facility. The check-in process was easy and seamless. The person who took care of me was very nice and helpful. It was a speedy process from check-in until I was finished. I was there for about 25 minutes. Great experience overall!

It was my first time at this urgent care, so the checkin process is to be expected but given the way I felt-being ill, it made it a little difficult. Due to my insurance I will consider this urgent care again. The staff is very kind, friendly and patient, doctor was very quick at examination- I felt rushed but I do hope my prescribed treatment helps for a well recovery.
