AFC Urgent Care Denville

There was no line or long wait at all! I did the pre-check-in online, which was very simple, to the point, and clean-lined. I'm grateful this place was open today, on a Sunday, and especially during Father's Day! The place looks fairly new, VERY clean, and organized. The office staff I dealt with were very nice, kind, and helpful. You can feel their kind energy. My intake nurse was quick and to the point, a good listener. I didn't see a Doctor, but a Physician Assistant - Allyson N. It didn't matter though because she was wonderful! Very down-to-earth, nice, honest, and educated. I was able to ask my questions without feeling judged. All the concerns I had she addressed. I will definitely recommend this AFC Urgent Care Denville location to others for sure. :-)

The scheduling was very easy, check in went flawless. The staff is always amazing! I had a young lady by the name of Laura Ann. If you're afraid of needles this woman is a magician. Guarantee you that you won't feel anything. I highly recommend going there. Never had an issue with this particular clinic and they do take Medicaid.

Rochelle was the best! She was so helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I saw her covering the front desk, taking X-rays, helping out everywhere, and even called me after I was done to follow up and make sure I had everything I need. She deserves a raise!

Absolutely. Dr. Alexa Klapach was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and patient. She followed up with a phone call after and answered every question I had. She was amazing and so good at her job. I will absolutely come back to this urgent care because of her bedside manner. Rochelle was also amazing and made us feel so comfortable. She was lovely and followed up with me as well. Overall this urgent care was wonderful and I would highly recommend it!!! Thank you so much.

It’s a funny thing to say that I actually had a very pleasant experience getting stitches! Every employee was so friendly and professional. Huge shout out to Rochelle for being so cool at check in and Ally and Noell for their awesome stitch job and great energy. Highly recommend!
