AFC Urgent Care Dale City

This was my first visit, and I was truly impressed by how professional and kind the staff is. What stood out the most was being welcomed with genuine smiles—something you don’t see every day. ***REPOST*** (with additional information) Be very weary of doing business with this establishment. As I previously suspected they actively participate in review fixing and shady business practices. The office manager Gabi reached out by phone the day after I posted my review and offered an apology and a refund of my copay for my troubles as long as I removed my bad review. I figured maybe it was a one-off fluke event and obliged to removing my review and refund was processed. Fast-forward a little more than 24 hours, I get a missed call, and 3 minutes later an email saying my card had been charged. Card was ran as if I were present, I was not. All I can imagine is that they were upset that my wife posted a bad review (which I was unaware of at that time) expressing her disappointment in

Been here twice now for my daughter and the experiences were fantastic. The two different medical assistants were friendly and gentle. The NP, Jackie, was incredible. She is so kind, polite and gentle and created a great experience for us. Will definitely go back here.

I don't usually take the time to write a review but this definitely merits it. I don't prefer changing primary care but for reasons outside of my control it was necessary for this new year. I reached out to AFC Urgent Care Dale City on 1-6-26 to make an appt. They had availability the next day. My experience has been phenomenal. Nurse Katye and Delmy are very kind and make you feel at ease. Dr. Davies is one solid Doc! He takes the time to explain things clearly, he makes you feel heard and not just a number. I'd say he's a down-to-earth doctor that loves attending patients and it shows with how he treats you. 100% recommend

I came in today for a pre-employment test, and my experience was excellent. Ms. Luz assisted me during the process, and she was extremely professional, respectful, and friendly. She made the entire procedure comfortable, smooth, and easy to understand. Her positive attitude and polite behavior clearly show her dedication to providing outstanding service. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this facility — and especially Ms. Luz — for her excellent service.
