AFC Urgent Care Cedar Hills

I had a great experience at this urgent care. Jody at the front desk was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My doctor was also very kind, professional, and took the time to make me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I truly appreciated how well I was treated. Highly recommend!

Judy at reception got me in early to my appointment, much appreciated! My triage nurse Jackie did a great job as well, super friendly, quick and efficient. The doctor here was very attentive and thorough as well. Great care! Very little wait time. Will be back anytime I need services.

Perfect place to quickly get high quality service. Without appointment my waiting time was just 10 minutes. Easily done with questionary. All stuff and doctor P.Ghavami was in very positive cheerful mood, that probably they have somebody’s birthday that day , or was extremely happy to see me - who knows))) Doctor was very gentle with my foot pain, quickly send to X-ray, quickly made diagnostics and gave recommendations. He was so carrying, that even translated disease name to my foreign language, that impressed me a lot. Very cool to deal with a real professionals.Thank you guys!!!!

Whatever you do, do not walk-in. Schedule online. Was told an hour wait. Waited over 2 hours. As people who just made online appointment 5 mins ago jumped in front of me. Or go to different location. Never had a problem until this location. Horrible service.

I came here for pre-op labs and was very pleased with the entire experience! I booked online but the doctor wasn’t available on that day, so they called to inform me and I was able to easily reschedule online. All the staff was very friendly and professional, special thanks to Jackie who took my blood sample. I usually have difficult veins that require multiple attempts, but Jackie was an absolute pro! Best experience I’ve had getting my blood drawn hands down. Highly recommend this place!
