AFC Urgent Care Cedar Grove

Care was excellent!!! From intake to discharge, care was friendly, efficient and on point. I was seen by PA Stefanie who was compassionate, knowledgeable and user-friendly. She ordered x-rays and a muscle relaxant. The xray tech was also friendly, respectful. It felt as tho I was in and out in less than 2 hours! If I ever need urgent care again, I know where to go!!

These nurses and doctors are fast, efficient, caring and so good with the kids. Honestly; better than some pediatrician offices I’ve been too! I prefer going here as it’s convenient, opens early and stays open late, you can walk right in and hop right across the street and get the medicines you need at the CVS. Have always had great experiences here and my kids leave happy and get better fast right after our visits.

I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care. Every single staff member was kind, patient, and welcoming. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt safe and taken care of. I left feeling so much better, both physically and emotionally. Truly grateful for such wonderful care.

I've been here a few times over the years, ever since I found out it is less busy than the one in West Orange (which is closer to me). Medical staff is very good and thorough. My most recent visit I checked in at a kiosk, filled out paperwork from a text link on my phone. The person at the front desk asked me if I wanted to pay my copay with the card on file. After confirming which card, I agreed. I was still filling out the forms via my phone while sitting in the waiting area when she charged my card. I was never asked if I would like a receipt, assumed it would be texted to me as well, or maybe emailed. After getting home and looking online, I see no access to my receipt and had to call to request. Looks like now I will have to make an extra trip there to get a receipt as they do not sen

I've been to this location multiple times now and every time I've received great service. The receptionists are lovely and compassionate. The PAs, doctors, and nurse practitioners are extremely thorough and take concerns seriously. Wait times are reasonable, I've never waited more than a half an hour. I highly recommend this AFC Urgent Care.
