AFC Urgent Care Canarsie

Well I just would like to say thank to the staff of AFC Urgent Care for tending to my baby, the environment was clean, warm and welcoming and I felt like part of their family. They were courteous, kind, respectful yet professional. They listened and I did not feel rushed. As a first time mom I get concerned especially when my baby is sick and I am not able to find the root cause. Upon visiting AFC Urgent Care I was able to get peace of mind as my child was tended to how I would like to be tended to. They were patient, understanding and I was pleased with the evaluation process. Additionally they were able to properly diagnose my baby and recommended/prescribed medication for treatment. For this I am eternally grateful as I appreciate the fact that they prioritized my childs health over any

The staff was extremely courteous knowledgeable and kind. The doctor was thorough and took the added time to explain all details that were needed to know. That made for a much more seamless experience. Overall I appreciated not feeling rushed. Even after I left I still needed assistance the front desk clearly did not hesitate to assist. 10/10 to the staff who made a stressful day a seamless one.

Despite their system being down, which caused a short wait, my experience at this urgent care was excellent. From the moment I was called, the front desk receptionist was patient and helpful, guiding me through the sign-in process with care and professionalism. The nurse was exceptionally polite and reassuring, and the doctor took the time to listen, provided clear advice, and prescribed medication that truly worked. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, which speaks volumes about the quality of care I received. Thank you to the entire team—please keep up the great work.

The nurse practitioner that was there was great. She listened to me. She examined me and just speaking to her made me feel better. She was better than my personal care doctor. The staff is great and friendly. I highly recommend them.
