AFC Urgent Care Cambridge Porter Square

I had a recent visit to a local urgent care and wanted to share a positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen in a timely manner — first by the RN, who took the time to listen carefully and document my concerns, and then by the MD, who was thorough, attentive, and thoughtful in discussing my symptoms and next steps. I especially appreciated how seriously they took my health issue. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were addressed clearly and respectfully. Lab results were processed promptly, and I received a prescription quickly so I could begin treatment right away. I'm grateful for the care and highly recommend the team.

I appreciated having the ability to check in prior to my visit. The app, while it could use some accessibility enhancements, Was pretty easy to use. When I arrived at the urgent care center, they were actually able to see me early. The care I received was great. Overall, it was a good visit.

Phenomenal experience. I went on Sunday morning first thing, no one was there so I didn’t wait at all. The nurse and the doctor, Maya, were both super friendly and efficient. It took all of 6 minutes. I left and they called me within 5 minutes of my drive home with my results. Highly recommend!

The visit was great- staff were very friendly and helped me get the treatment I needed. It was a very fast process! Thanks to them, I was able to get treated and have a prescription ready to go.
