AFC Urgent Care Burke

I had a very positive experience at AFC Burke. The staff was professional, kind, and caring from check-in through the visit. The provider took my concerns about prior blood work from another center seriously, explained everything clearly, and ordered appropriate follow-up testing for peace of mind. Results were handled promptly, and the entire process felt thorough and reassuring. I would definitely recommend AFC for attentive, high-quality care.

The visit was a last minutes emergency issue, but they were all smiles and welcoming so I went home super happy with the outcome and excellent service! Communication was superb with the attending physician and staff! I knew I was i good hands! Thank you for all your prompt service! In addition, the rooms were immaculate and all items were dated with expiration dates! The room supplies were orderly and that’s a pleasant surprise!!! Thank you AFC Urgent Care!!

Unfortunately, this urgent care clinic books multiple patients at the same time (ex. 8 am or 1:15 pm), yet only has 1 desk associate, 1 medical assistant, and 1 doctor on staff at a time. The staff was all kind and professional. Additionally, the office was possibly out of compliance with their shredder, as I could see patient information papers that needed to be shredded overflowing out of the shredder. Lastly, first thing in the morning, there were no cups for water at the cooler.

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care today. I was there with my son. The front desk lady, was honestly the highlight of my visit. She was super kind, patient, and made the whole check-in process easy. She treated me with a lot of respect and made sure I understood everything. The rest of the visit went smoothly too, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, I left really happy with the service and I appreciate how welcoming everyone was.

I went here for the first time for a checkup because I was feeling sick, and I had such a great experience! Dr. David took amazing care of me, and all the nurses and staff were so kind and professional. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes — the process was super quick and smooth from the moment I checked in. The clinic was clean, organized, and welcoming. I definitely highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need to!
