I had an extremely upsetting experience with a staff member named Rebecca. Earlier in the day, I called to confirm whether I could be seen and was told I could arrive until 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:15pm and was then told they were closing early due to the storm and I would not be seen. While I understand weather-related closures can happen, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. When I calmly explained that I had called ahead and was told to come in, Rebecca immediately became hostile. Within seconds, she accused me of being aggressive, which was incredibly confusing because I had walked in pleasant and was simply clarifying what I had been told. The NP Ms. Lewis is exactly the kind of individual needed in an urgent care. Especially when having a sick toddler it can be stressful. She came in heard my concerns and was very knowledgeable. Great work I would only want to come back if she’s here. - Imani Caleb

I visited yesterday and I felt so comfortable with Lewis NP. She was full of great loving energy, I love when doctors are full of light it can make us feel a little better when we feel under the weather. She took care of everything i needed.

Honestly at first they were great. They are a quick clinic however the new rules are very unfair to computer illiterate people disabled as myself. They tell you to scan code no longer manual paper work. You have to choose between COVID testing and blood work whether u have Medicaid& Medicare never heard such a thing. So there's no point to having a front desk employee because you doing it on your own. However, the staff in itself are polite and professional and normally go above and beyond just useless if you are phoneless. Will be finding another urgent care that can assist my
