AFC Urgent Care Brockton

I went in for possible sinus issues, congestion and sore throat. I booked online and there was practically no wait. The front desk manager was pleasantly friendly and made me feel welcoming to a new place. The nurse was amazing, polite, professional and friendly as well. I was very happy to meet Dr. Imran and see that a doctor was on staff. I like the way he handles patients in a thorough, concise professional manner. He makes you feel like he cares and you are the only patient for that timeframe. Dr. Imran didn’t make me feel rushed or insignificant. He talked with me and then checked me based on all the symptoms. His gave his diagnosis and explained the prescriptions. This is one of the best urgent care visits since Compass Medical closed. I will definitely recommend and return here.

Dr. Hassan was amazing. I came in with significant chest pain and a fever. He ordered chest X-rays, quickly diagnosed me with pneumonia, and prescribed exactly what I needed. I started feeling much better soon after. The facility was very clean, the staff was kind and professional, and the visit was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place for emergencies.

Amanda was so friendly, understanding, and did my triage efficiently and with a smile. She made sure I was comfortable, felt at ease (despite not feeling my best) and made me feel like I was important. Ryan, the PA, was kind, took his time to listen to me and my concerns, and made sure I knew that my needs were being met. He was thorough, caring, and I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone needing acute care.

Andrea was so sweet and patient at the front desk as she dealt with a full waiting room. Amanda was kind and funny as she took my intake report and vitals. Ryan took his time during the examination and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan.And Lionel the on call x-ray tech was prompt with his arrival and super sweet. I also received a f/u call the next morning to check on my progress. This is my go to urgent care.

My first time here was a good experience! It looks nice and clean, it was a great atmosphere. I went in and was promptly greeted by Ashley & Bella and they both were so helpful with anything I needed. When I saw the Doctor, Ryan, he was also pleasant and ready for any questions I had. All in all they work really well as a team and I would say individually. If anyone has those nervous jitters, you can relax, they’re very welcoming!! Thank you again!
