AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours - Seneca

I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. I had to check myself in at a kiosk, and finish on the phone.  Dealing with technology and being in pain do not go together well. I was not able to sit down and I was moving around kneeling trying to select and update your data base.  I remember when receptionists took information and entered it. Now the patient gets to be an unpaid clerk while in pain.   This absolutely sucked.     Besides the BS getting set up and doing clerical work.  The nurse and staff in the back were wonderful and helped the best that they could with the situation and I thank them so much!!!!! I don’t mind entering a few thinks of information.   But I am not your clerk! And I do not want to fight technology when I am in pain!

The entire staff was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. My provider took time to understand my concerns and made sure my treatment would not interfere with my current medication treatment plan. My provider also took care of my injury and made sure I had follow up plans. The shot nurse was incredible and explained everything. (I did not even feel the shot!) I would highly recommend this location. This health care office took care of my immediate problem and made a referral to an orthopedic office next day and shared my X-rays. I’m very grateful for the support and care I received. Thank you!

The office was very clean, and the staff was polite and professional. I was there for a non-DOT drug screening for my new job, and everything went quickly and smoothly.

Physician care was good...tested and prescribed medication that made a difference in my conditions. Only issues were with sign in and registration.. All done on phone.... For older and less tech savvy person it was frustrating, aggravating and at times overwhelming....after completing 14 pages on the phone....i missed the "submit" button and failed to register Situation worse for me because I felt so bad.

I waited over an hour to be seen with my daughter with mental health issues and problems and the “ph” doctor didn’t feel comfortable re prescribing the meds that she’s been on for months now all cause she didn’t know her or have her file and she told us even if we went to the er they wouldn’t either ! They need to do better
