AFC Urgent Care Baytown

My wife and I came in for drug testing last minute. Mishael and Mykelia were very welcoming, quick, and attentive. Drove all the way from Louisiana. We really appreciated the friendliness. These ladies deserve a raise. 10/10 service.

I visited AFC GPR for a physical examination and pre-employment drug screening. Despite the clinic being very busy with other patients, Ms. Morgan and Ms. Mykelia demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency throughout my visit. They communicated clearly, remained attentive, and ensured the process was conducted smoothly. Their excellent customer service contributed to a very positive experience. I had to get my fingers stitched up. My providers, Big Mac (doctor) and Michaela (medical assistant), were awesome. They're extremely competent at their jobs, extremely personable, with great bedside manner, and hilarious on top of it all. I'm very happy with this location.

I have been to this urgent care several times and I absolutely love it! It’s my first choice whenever I’m not feeling well. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They truly listen to what’s going on, communicate effectively about solutions, and follow up to make sure the issue is resolved. I highly recommend coming here for your urgent care needs, they’ve never let me down!

I came here on 2/9/26 @ aproximently 6:30pm. The woman up front named Michelle has by far been the most unprofessional front desk attendant I've ever come across. Usually the experience at the location has been way more pleasant then today. Upon arrival she was incredibly dismissive and when I asked for accommodation for not being able to sit she was very rude and clearly annoyed with the request. Once we were put into a room I was walking out to confirm if she did receive our information and upon doing so she was complaining about a private conversation that was being held in the exam room.
