AFC Urgent Care Bayside

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I arrived around 7:15 for a 7:30 pre-booked work physical. As a self-pay patient, I was concerned about the cost, but the woman at the reception desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She answered all of my questions, was completely transparent about pricing, and truly put me at ease. As soon as we finished discussing the cost, a room was ready for me. I was seen quickly by a medical assistant who was both friendly and gentle, and the doctor was just as efficient and professional. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.

I was very happy with the care received at AFC Urgent Care Bayside. I had an infected fingertip that needed to be lanced. I filled out the paperwork online in advance, which was reasonably easy to accomplish, made an appointment for later in the morning, and was seen on time. Both the doctor and the assistant were very professional; and I didn't feel anything when the fingernail area was lanced. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care.

They are all great. The staff is so sweet helpful & the doctors are so good & understanding to patients without insurance! ❤️ FYI.. they’re pricing is also way more reasonable than other urgent cares in same area.. Would recommend & is my first choice when I need Urgent Care! ❤️

I accompanied my mom to urgent care on Thanksgiving day. The entire staff and doctor were so attentive, kind, and efficient during the whole visit. They gave my mom the care she needed and were very clear in the next steps to follow. We're so grateful to the team for providing medical services through the holiday and making the visit as stress-free as possible for us.

I received good medical care here. The medical staff are very kind and helpful. The one downside was my experience in the waiting room. I had to wait 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I didn’t mind the waiting itself, but when I very politely asked the front desk staff when I might be seen, I was answered in a rude and aggressive manner. I think that, if you choose to work in an environment where people are feeling unwell and uncomfortable, you should try your best to be kind.
