AFC Urgent Care Ballantyne

I visited AFC urgent care with a sprained arm. Carla, PA took great care of me. She understood my issue and she listened to my concerns. Carla has empathy for her patient. She gave me excellent care. The staff at Ballantyne were extremely helpful. This was my first visit at AFC and I would highly recommend.

My son came home from work with a large cut on his hand from a metal can that looked like it could need stitches. Registered him on the way to the clinic and we were in the room in no time.  Triage and the PA were excellent.  Glued him up and advised a tetanus shot which we did to be safe. Out of there in under 30 mins safe and sound .  Thank you!

I highly rate AFC Urgent Care. This is our place to go when needed. Everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. Our problems are resolved quickly and we are ALWAYS pleased with the care and treatments necessary. We have been coming here for many years and will continue.. a gem!!! Respectfully, Carol Gitchell

Woke up not feeling well, was able to get an appointment right away that same morning! Office was extremely clean. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Wait time was nice and quick. Exam was thorough, quick and I felt well taken care of. Will be coming back in future if I need care again. Will be reccomending to friends and family if they need care.

We have been to AFC Ballantyne a few times as my two boys are rambunctious to say the least and sometimes when someone is sick we can’t get into the pediatrician. The location is always clean and the bedside manner of the staff from check-in to the clinicians is amazing! I am thankful they are a part of our community!
