Thr staff was absolutely amazing. The nurse listened to my lungs and recommended I get a breathing treatment. It helped me tremendously. Dr. Jones has great bedside manners. She listened fo what was goinf on with me ans treated me accordingly. She made me feel important and not just a number. They were very professional and attentive to what was going on with me. I am truly grateful for the team that serviced me.

A few days ago I broke out in a severe rash and assumed it was a drug reaction, but the caring dr. Confirmed immediately it was something environmental that caused this. A quick shot of steroids to the backside and a few prescriptions and I should be on my way to being back to normal in no time.

Scheduling was a breeze so was the check In the staff was very helpful. Only issue was the mix up with the last name. I would like the staff to verify with the patient when called back if there is more than one person with the same last name to ensure that they have the correct patient. Overall experience was excellent. The staff was very apologetic and attentive.

I visited AFC Urgent Care on Vaughn rd recently on 1/28/26 for UTI-like symptoms. I was spoken to rudely and inaccurately by a medical tech who suggested I had an STD before any tests were performed. I was not asked for a urine sample until later, so this was not based on any clinical findings. As a nurse myself, I found this highly unprofessional and potentially harmful — especially if someone without medical knowledge had been told the same thing. Then, when attempting to provide my urine specimen, another patient was allowed in the restroom at the same time with her own collection cup, which could easily have led to specimen contamination or mix-up. This raises serious quality and privacy concerns. I attempted to call the clinic to speak to a manager, but was given conflicting excuses

Very Greatful, Very Thankful, for the service for my 2 children and myself. Was SOOO sick I couldn't even function to sign us in. They helped me & my kids in a helpless feeling and state of mind we were in and I'm very grateful for the care they gave us. Got the medication for the 3 of us and we are doing SOOO much better. Couldn't have got better on our own. Thank Y'all SOOO Much❣️😷🤒🤧🤢💊😁😄😁😄😆😁😎👍
