You can ask them any question and they take the time to clearly explain everything. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist is just as professional and thorough. I went in for dental implants, and he was very informative. He explained the entire process, what to expect, and answered all of my concerns in detail. Both during the cleaning and root canal procedures I was met with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Dr. Jen Zhang went above and beyond in saving a tooth which many would have given up on and moved forward with extraction. The best dental office in the area. I brought my mother to see Dr. Badalov for severe tooth pain, and he was able to help her immediately. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, the office is beautiful, small wait time, and Dr. Dave was exceptionally patient and compassionate.
