Dr. Khachatrian's practice in West Hills and North Hills are both exceptional operations. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. A friendly voice, like Olga, would greet me when I called, and would listen patiently to what I need. You can tell she and the other receptionists are empathetic to the patient. The medical assistant and her sometimes replacement worked very hard to ensure that I got the medication I needed; despite my insurance companies attempts to deny coverage.
