Saw 2 different doctors here. Neither correctly diagnosed me. Both very misogynistic, as though my pain was imagined. One asked me if I was sure my arm didn't always move that way and maybe I just never noticed before. An arm I've had for 50 years! I never waited less than an hour passed my appointment time to be seen. Sometimes significantly longer. Everyone in the waiting room would complain and everyone was told they could just leave. This is just the way it is. I'm sure the front end staff are exhausted by the frustration and anger pointed at them. Go anywhere else if you can. I was in pain and doing damage at least a year longer than necessary because of them.

I have been very please with this whole group the way they handle me at the beginning to the end of my surgery. Dr. Bhagia is one of the very best I have ever had. He not only knows his work but he does it with great compassion and kindness to his patients. He definitely gets an A +++++ from me. I want to thank him for being my Dr. through all of this.

The nurses are so experienced and very helpful. I have had three replacements! Both knees and one shoulder. I love love, Dr. Bhagia! He is such a wonderful Doctor! He is the only Orthopedic surgeon I would ever go to. He has magic hands! Also his PA Jodi is an incredible associate. I can’t say enough about this practice. Your body is in the most capable hands.

I run, hike, do yoga and workout at the gym, but my age is catching up to me. So when I suddenly felt pain in my hip and knee, I went back to the guy who did my left knee and hip replacement. They gave me a bunch of prescriptions and tried to schedule a surgery even though x-rays didn’t warrant it. I made an appointment to see Dr. B because I needed a 2nd opinion on my hip and knee. He listened. Instead of setting me up with more drugs and surgery, he spoke to me about a more natural approach to the pain I was experiencing. I felt Dr. B was focused on healing the problem and not a “one size fits all” attitude. I’m already feeling better! I have adjusted my workouts and dropped the drugs for some vitamin supplements. I had my knee replaced w/ Dr. Bhagia on 11/14/24. I heard amazing things about Dr. Bhagia and I do believe he is an incredibly skilled surgeon. So far I have had no complications and I am 11 days out of surgery. I consulted with 4 different highly rated surgeons before choosing him because his bedside manner was the best and I felt most comfortable going with him. I didn't realize that his office would be transitioning over to UCLA the week before my surgery. His staff completely dropped the ball on my pre-surgery care and I was VERY stressed out. They didn't order my prescriptions correct and even after driving over to their office and knocking on their door in TEARS they still couldn't get me the medicines I needed to start taking 5 days prior to surgery.
