Stopped for batteries at the Denver location. First time there. The two women who helped were friendly and efficient.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Possible insurance issue upon my arrival but staff quickly confirmed and resolved insurance information. Testing and evaluation was fully explained and results of the test were discussed same day no need to return for an additional appointment. Highly recommend any of the offices.

First of all, I was invited to lunch in order to meet staff, ask questions and learn basic information. Jenny, the office manager, and Dr. Saylor were both extremely personable and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to and I was impressed. They had an appointment that afternoon so I decided to just take the appointment and get started. The exam was extremely thorough, and Dr. Saylor explained everything as we went. She had to clean my ears, and since that had been an extremely painful experience, the last time I went, she was very gentle and got huge amounts of wax out. After the exam was completely over, she talked with me about the results and what they have that would work for me. Although it’s not inexpensive, I think it’s for my best interest and so I went ahead and ordered hearing
